What are Synergy Socials?
Synergy Socials are casual, comfortable events and activities hosted in and around the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. Our agenda for participation in these events and activites is to create, build and strengthen relationships.
Activities and venues such as TopGolf, Chanhassen Dinner Theater, Crooners, Lake and River Cruises, ACME Comedy, public events like Art Fairs, Festivals, City Celebrations, Happy Hours and many Family Friendly Events as well.
Who attends Synergy Socials?
Synergy Socials are for professionals in the Event Planning industry (planners and suppliers) in the business of Events, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism. These events are also open to Entrepreneurs and Business Owners that implement Event Marketing Strategies for their businesses.
SUPPLIERS (vendors) can network and connect with other suppliers to collaborate on various projects. Also, as Event Professionals, we are always looking to meeting more new VIP Event Planners that are in their active planning process.
V.I.P. is our acronym for Very Important Planner.
VIPs are the people that plan meetings, conferences, weddings, celebrations, galas, fundraisers and special events for Twin Cities area corporations, conventions, organizations or any group using professionals to plan successful events.
We know VIP’s well because we promote to hundreds of these people from all over the Greater Twin Cities areas. We've been building our network on multiple Social Media Platforms and our eMail List and Direct Mail databases as well.
They also attend our signature Minnesota Event Planners EXPO year after year. If you want to fill your calendar with well-paying group events that value what you offer and keep coming back again and again, then you should get to know them too.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS...
Get on the list. For those interested in participating in the events and activities, you need to be "in the know" as to when and where they are taking place. You can subscribe to our email list, get into our preferred Direct Mail database, or connect with the many social media platforms. You can also connect with ME (MagicBrad) on LinkedIn and/or Facebook.
Get Event UpDates. There are a plethora of places on the internet to find out about events. But if you want a direct connection, you can follow on Twitter at Twin Cities Event UpDate or you can visit TwinCitiesBusinessEvents.com as well.
Join the Synergy Collaborative. If you're interested in marketing and business building, then consider joining the Synergy Collaborative. Because members of the Synergy Collaborative very often get comped or discounted admission passes to events and activites..
NOTE: Often times the admission fees are waived for members of the Synergy Collaborative
WHERE DO WE FIND OUR VIPs?
Our Online Marketing and Advertising to them is focused in a 50 mile radius of the Twin Cities. Synergy Event Marketing LLC draws hundreds of Event Professionals to our Minnesota Event Planners + Suppliers Expo at the Earle Brown Center each March. They’re in our multiple email marketing lists. It’s a group we know well and can deliver to you, to help get you more event business. Also our audience shares our information with their event industry colleagues.
